Hey Philly: the Dum Dum Girls and Veronica Falls are playing Making Time this Friday at Voyeur, and to celebrate, they’re doing a fun “Valentime” Project for charity:

In 5 locations (Last Drop, Ultimo, One Shot, Barbarella & Voyeur) around the city we have placed Making Time decorated Valentine boxes with heart shaped Valentine cards and a sharpie attached to each one. We are asking people to fill out these valentine cards and place them into the boxes. For each valentine card filled out by this Friday, Making Time will donate $1 to Musicopia, a nonprofit organization that aims to enrich and fund music programs in Greater Philadelphia area schools. The filled out Valentines will also be hanging on the wall in the lobby at Making Time VALENTIME where people can find them when they come to the party on Friday.
